Conscious Awareness Counselling - Kim Wall

As your counsellor, my purpose is to create a safe environment in which you can explore conflicting unconscious Parts of your psyche.  Uncovering outdated rules and/or beliefs that are held by your  “internal” multiplicity of Parts or Sub-personalities, may in fact be the source and wellspring of many of the  challenges that hold you back from reaching your current goals, desires and your fullest potential.

My goal as your counsellor is to support you to access and understand the innate wisdom present in your physical body, your psyche and the connection between these two systems.

My belief that working on your relationship with YOURSELF first is key to long lasting change, and better relationships with self AND others.  

My method involves utilizing and teaching various tools during our sessions together, which you can use outside of the therapy session to  maneuver the roadblocks and speed bumps that life throws your way day to day.  Also, learning to set clear boundaries allows you to make more aware, conscious, balanced choices based on current life situations and will generally result in healthier relationships all around plus improve how you feel about yourself and your life.
